    Apath LLC hcv- negative human hepatoma cell line huh7.5 cells
    ( A <t>)</t> <t>Huh7.5</t> or Huh7.5-FL cells grown for 48 h were stained with antibodies against <t>HCV</t> proteins (HCV core or NS4A), followed by FITC-coupled secondary antibodies and detected using confocal microscopy. ( B ) Lysates of cells grown for 48 hours were analyzed for expression of HCV core, NS4A or NS5B by Western blotting. HepG2 cells were transfected with JFH-1 RNA and expression of HCV NS5B and core protein was analyzed by Western blotting ( C ) and confocal microscopy respectively ( D ). Equal protein loading in the Western blot analyses was verified using GAPDH antibody. Data are from one of three independent experiments performed in triplicate.
